The GH-625M is a multi-use GPS Sports Training Watch that can be utilized in most any outdoor activity to monitor, track and analyze your exercise and training routines, or simply to log routes traveled via GPS. With the ability to record, store and upload data through your PC's USB port, your detailed information can be displayed with the included Gym Trainer utility, or can be exported into popular formats such as GPX, CVS,  TXT or KML for use with other popular web-sites and software.

With a host of training tools such as alarms to notify you of distance, lap times, speed, heart rate alerts for either above or below goal levels, as well as dashboard views of your workouts showing speed, altitude and calorie burn calculations based on the selected sport activity (ski, running, jogging, biking) and even the ability to record “bread-crumb” trails for easy back-track to an original destination points or to return back to a specific location.  The GH-625M is one piece of equipment that will change the way you conquer the outdoors. Internal memory capacity has the ability to store up to 60,000 trackpoints, 6,000 waypoints and 600 laps and includes a wireless heart rate monitor (HRM) to provide another dimension to your workout.
